1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
2. Process for Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@christianshop.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@christianclothes.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
